Check out one of our favorite moves for runners dealing with a lower body injury: Hinge to Triple Extension.

This exercise builds length and strength through the entire backside of your leg and hip. It helps you load well… so you can explode well.

It also reinforces a stronger push-off, helping you develop the power you need to actually drive yourself forward (instead of just surviving each stride).

Glutes… Hamstrings… Quads… Calves… We got the whole chain is working (and yes… that shake at the end means I probably should’ve switched legs while filming 😂).

Resolution Rescue sold out last week.

We said that was it.

We are apparently a medical marvel with zero backbone… because we just opened 3 more spots.

That’s it. No dramatic countdown clock. Just six humans who want to stop guessing and actually take control of their movement health.

If the new year momentum has started to feel a little heavier than expected - more stiffness, more fatigue, less consistency - that’s not a sign you’re doing it wrong.

It’s just your body responding to change.

This is often the moment when people either push through warning signs, pause everything, or try to figure it out on their own.

Resolution Rescue exists for this phase - not the hype of January 1st, but the purposeful, consistent follow-through that actually matters.

We’re keeping this cohort intentionally small, and several spots are already taken.
