On the eleventh day of Bendβs 12 Days of Mobility, Bend Movement gave to me: a Deep Squat Challenge ποΈ
This test is simple with only two rules:
- Hands behind your head
- Heels stay down (ideally with no shoes on)
Heels down. Chest tall. Elbows wide. The goal is ALL the way down.
