Regret is one of the most difficult things to deal with. In addition to emotional pain, it can heighten stress levels, disrupt physical health, and interfere with the body’s hormonal and immune balance. The most common regret people have at the end of their lives is that they didn't live the life they truly wanted. Maybe this is out of fear, a sense of obligation to others, or some other excuse that we justify in our minds. The truth is, you just have to be brave enough to go for what you want. Forget how much time has passed. If you are still breathing, you still have time. You can't start over, but you can start now. Live a life you won't regret and go for your dreams!
