A chiropractor, educator, author, and leader, she helped shape the profession while teaching at Palmer College of Chiropractic for more than 35 years.

Her legacy continues to inspire generations of chiropractors.

❓️ What are my thoughts on tools like posture straps?

⏱️ Ultimately, microbreaks while you're working are the best practice to support your posture and keep your body moving throughout the day, however, sometimes tools and devices can serve as helpful reminders.

✅️ This could be said for posture straps, Kinesiotape and so many other things. Consider wearing a support for short periods of time as a reminder to your muscles.
