I’ve been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember. Every single New Years that was my goal. Lose weight.

Weight Watchers. Diet plans. Hypnosis. Personal trainer. You name it, I tried it. At least once.
My first weight loss clinic visit was in 5th grade. I remember being weighed in front of my whole class in elementary school and weighing more than everyone.

We’re going way back here.
Every photo here represents effort.
So much effort.
Years of trying everything I knew to try and still feeling stuck. Or getting somewhere and immediately backsliding.

For a long time, I believed my struggle was a lack of discipline or simply just the way I was made.
It wasn’t.

GLP-1s have changed my story and quite honestly, my life.

GLP-1s aren’t about shortcuts or trends.
They’re about finally treating the biology behind weight struggle—not blaming willpower or settling for less than you feel.

This is why I decided to offer medical weight management at Muse. Safely. Medically managed. With personal experience.
Because this journey is deeply personal to me.
And because no one deserves to struggle with something that’s medical.

If my story feels familiar, or even if it doesn’t and you want to feel your best, you’re not alone.
