EzCare ABA an autism therapy provider, is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our team. We provide in-home, daycare, and community-based ABA services, and we’re building a team of clinicians who care deeply about quality and impact.

💼 What we offer:
• $70–$100/hr depending on experience
• A flexible schedule you actually control
• Manageable caseloads focused on quality care
• Support with scheduling, logistics, and RBT supervision
• Opportunities to grow into full-time or leadership roles

🧩 Requirements:
• Active BCBA certification (non-negotiable)
• Experience with ABA therapy and behavior intervention
• Ability to supervise RBTs and develop treatment plans

🚨 BCBA certification is mandatory. Candidates without active BCBA licensure will not be considered.

If you are a parent in Virginia and you have questions about your child’s development, a free ABA assessment can help you get clear, informed answers. We are offering FREE ABA assessments conducted by experienced, licensed ABA professionals in order to help families understand their child’s needs and see whether or not ABA therapy is the right fit for your child.

The assessment looks at communication, social skills, behavior, and daily living skills to better understand what your child is doing well and where extra support may help. Parents also have time to ask questions, talk through concerns, and learn what next steps could look like based on their child’s individual needs.

Available for children ages 1 to 18 across Virginia.
