Something many women aren’t told:

Hormone changes often begin years before menopause.

I’ve had several conversations today about the weight loss post I shared yesterday.

One thing I want people to know is this:

If weight has become harder to lose after 35–40, it doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong.

Many people are dealing with things like:

• hormone changes
• slowed metabolism
• appetite signals changing
• insulin resistance

When those things shift, the body can start holding onto weight differently, especially around the stomach.

This is something I talk with patients about often because many people blame themselves when it’s actually a biological change.

Honest question…
