The days are getting shorter, and the sunlight's a little harder to find. This time of year, it's easy to feel the weight of the season, and the darker evenings can bring on winter blues or seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
Snuggle up with a blanket, take a walk at night in cold weather to stimulate the vagus nerve, or just take a deep breath and notice one small thing that brings you peace. Every moment of light counts — even when the sun isn’t shining. 🌤️
