This time of year can bring joy, but it can also bring heaviness. No matter what chapter you’re in — enjoying success, working towards growth, or just holding on — you are worthy of love and connection.

Be gentle with yourself. You deserve to feel welcome at the table, exactly as you are.

Help us congratulate Jamie on becoming the November REACH employee of the month!

Since joining us in September as an On-Call RA, Jamie Littrell has consistently gone above and beyond in her role. She's shown exceptional dedication and reliability, frequently stepping in to cover shifts on short notice. In addition, she has proactively cross-trained in the kitchen and readily taken on cook shifts whenever needed, demonstrating both initiative and a strong team-first attitude!

Beyond her hard work, Jamie brings warmth and positivity to our community—always quick with a smile and kind words for clients at every turn. We are grateful to have her on the team 🩵

Meet our Prairie City School-Based Community Clinic team! 🙌 Since opening in 2024, they’ve been providing real, accessible care — from well-child visits and immunizations to routine labs and preventative health. And the best part? They serve not just students, but the whole community — even families without insurance.

We couldn’t be more proud of our teams!

The CCS Food & Blanket Drive wrapped up with 990 food items and 74 blankets donated to local pantries and shelters. Huge shoutout to Lakeview Heights, Juniper Ridge, and Columbia River Ranch—the constant positive energy at our residential facilities is unmatched! (Juniper Ridge is clearly on a roll after their Inside Out costume win!)

CCS is spreading warmth this season! We’ve been collecting food and blankets company-wide to support the communities we serve, and our drive wraps up this Friday.

If you’d like to join in, feel free to drop a donation at any of our locations before the week’s end (maybe make sure it's the office your favorite CCS employee calls home to bolster their totals 😉). Every little bit helps keep our neighbors fed and warm this winter.

The days are getting shorter, and the sunlight's a little harder to find. This time of year, it's easy to feel the weight of the season, and the darker evenings can bring on winter blues or seasonal affective disorder (SAD).

Snuggle up with a blanket, take a walk at night in cold weather to stimulate the vagus nerve, or just take a deep breath and notice one small thing that brings you peace. Every moment of light counts — even when the sun isn’t shining. 🌤️
