The space we give so freely ~ filling our minds with damaging thoughts, worry, and fears ~ is like a poison tainting the very breaths we take…destroying the beauty of what our experiences can be.
Self-care begins with monitoring our thoughts,
identifying their origins,
and healing the pain that created or shaped the lenses of our perception.
Self-love is seeing the cycles that pull us out of alignment with how we wish to feel ~
out of union with our hearts and God’s love for us.
It is breaking those cycles.
It is shifting the trajectory of our lives
by observing and choosing to feel, think, and see differently.
And then doing it again.
And again.
And again.
Never give up on yourself.
Never give in to the “status quo.”
Clear out the garbage we have accumulated
and fill our inner space with loving thoughts,
wishes, dreams, prayers, gratitude, and thankfulness.
Let love and compassion overwhelm us!
It will pour sweetness into every aspect of our being, renewing life with enriching abundance. 💜
