Junction Point Post Acute Built in the 1960s, we have served Herington and area seniors in multiple capacities for 6 decades.

We offer skilled short-term rehab (Medicare funded), long term care (private pay or Medicaid funded).

With new ownership and a new name, Legacy at Herington is now Junction Point Post Acute! While our name is changing, our commitment to quality care remains the same.
