Hermann Fitness Source The Hermann Fitness Source is owned and operated by the Messmer-Eitmann Foundation

The Hermann Fitness Source is dedicated to providing you the tools and encouragement you need to create the results you desire. We are equipped with elliptical trainers, treadmills, recumbent bikes, weight machines and free weights. Hermann Fitness Source currently offers classes for senior fitness, strength, yoga, and seasonal water classes. Staff members include group fitness instructors, fitness aides, and personal trainers.
