and I ( ) are now interviewing families for spring due dates and still have some mid-winter availability!

As birth doulas we offer:
- 3, 90 min prenatal sessions
- continuous birth support for ANY type of birth (including planned C sections!)
- up to 2 postpartum sessions
- a detailed birth timeline
- candid photos of your experience
….. and so much more

PT doesn’t have to look boring.

This is workout I did with a client recently as part of their care with me.

2 EMOMs each 9 min.
1-2 min rest between based on needs

Not to be dramatic or anything but my brain literally doesn’t work if I can’t do this with my hands while I talk.

Also, said… “ARMS ARE LOOKING YOKED MY GUY.” To me on this day and I would like this to be on my next business card.

Any guesses what I was saying here?
