During this Christmas season, we’re reminded that the most meaningful gifts aren’t always found under the tree. 🎄 One of the greatest gifts you can give your loved ones is peace of mind. It’s a thoughtful gift that helps ease future burdens and brings comfort long after the holidays have passed. ❤️💚
👉Tip of the week: Grief and healing can exist together. During the holidays, allow yourself to find small ways to care for your heart and honor the love you carry.👈
Christmas can bring grief closer to the surface. Even years after a loss, familiar traditions can stir strong emotions, and that is okay. Those feelings come from love. 💞

Today marks the first day of winter. ⛄️ As the snow and cold settle in, many of us find ourselves spending more time indoors and moving at a slower pace. For those who are grieving, this season can feel especially quiet and isolating.🕊️
Winter reminds us to slow down and look out for one another. 🤝 If you know someone who has experienced a loss, a simple call or message can mean more than you realize and remind them they’re not alone. 💙

🍃Weekly Grief Support🍃
Tip of the week: Care for yourself while grieving 🕊️
The death of someone we love affects not only our emotions, but also our physical well-being. Taking care of yourself during this time is essential. When your body is supported, you have more strength to cope with your grief.
👉🏼Stay connected
• Spend time with friends and family who are supportive and good listeners.
• Say yes to gentle invitations, even when you don’t fully feel up to it.
• If you have limited support or feel overwhelmed, consider reaching out to a counselor or grief professional.
👉🏼Follow simple routines
• Try to wake up and go to sleep at consistent times each day.
• Plan one small activity each day to bring a sense of structure.
• Make a short to-do list and aim to complete one or two tasks.
👉🏼Prioritize self-care
• Get outside whenever you can, even for a short walk or a breath of fresh air.
• Make time for yourself.
• Eat regular meals, even if your appetite is low.
Grief can feel overwhelming, but gentle routines and healthy habits can offer moments of grounding and support as you move through this difficult time.🤍
