Good morning, Hickory County Silversneakers friends! We have taken a few days off for everyone to relax, reset, and spend the holidays with family and friends, but starting January 5th, we will come into the new year with new goals for better health. Join us for senior fun fitness exercise classes at Prairie Chapel, located on 65 Hwy south of Preston, with weekly sessions every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 11:00am😊
