Whether you own your home, rent, or care for someone else’s property, you can clear walkways safely by following these smart strategies. ❄️✨

✅ Begin by warming up for 5–10 minutes—stretch your back, legs, and shoulders to get muscles ready. 🧤
✅ Use a lightweight, ergonomic snow shovel for easier pushing instead of heavy lifting. 🧊
✅ Squat from your knees, not your waist, and keep the shovel close to your body for better control. 🏋️
✅ Step with your feet and turn your whole body when throwing snow rather than twisting at the waist. 🥨
✅ Take it slow: shovel smaller loads, rest every 10–15 minutes, and remember to drink water, even in chilly weather. ⏰

Dr. Salvatore Reino joined Morris Chiropractic in August 2024. Prior to our office, he owned Reino Chiropractic in New Castle, PA.

He received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Westminster College, and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca, New York in 2015. He lives locally with is wife, and 3 children with a 4th due in April 2026!

His WHY? "I pride myself on providing the highest quality, evidence-based chiropractic care, and helping my patients reach their optimum performance."

Dr. Burton G. Nesler joined Morris Chiropractic in May 2019!
He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2009. Before Palmer, he received my Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Winona State University in Minnesota where he was born & raised. He lives locally with his wife, and dog, Maverick.

His WHY? "My experience serving the United States Army has greatly influenced my perspective on health. The human body is amazing and requires constant diligence and maintenance to keep it healthy."

Dr. Barry E. Morris established Morris Family Chiropractic Clinic in 2003, but moved to our current location in 2005.

Dr. Morris is a graduate of Reynolds High School. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Mount Union, and earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca, New York in 2001. He lives locally with his wife, and 2 sons.

His WHY? "I am excited and inspired everyday to treat my incredible patients, and render treatment that improves their quality of life."
