Who could use a refresh on neck mobility?! 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ I know a bunch of us could use one! Remember - pain isn’t always the first symptom to show up to tell you something may be wrong or needs attention. Lack of range of motion, making compensations to move, trouble sleeping, poor posture, and so on are all signs that something may be going on that needs some work!

Do you sit all day long for work? Here are 🌟FOUR🌟 moves to make sure your hips can move better the rest of the day!
1️⃣ Standing Hip Flexor Stretch - standing in a lunge position, you should feel this stretch in the front hip/ groin of your back leg
2️⃣ Seated Piriformis Stretch - keep your torso tall as you lean forward over your bent leg to feel the stretch in your gluteal area
3️⃣ Seated Hamstring Stretch - keep your legs straight (or as straight as you can😉), toes to the sky, and torso tall!
4️⃣ Hip 90-90s - maintain a tall & strong torso to allow for the most mobility in your hips.
