We’re cheering on one of our own this weekend! 👏

Our team member, Dr. Liza, will be competing in a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament at the Arnold Sports Festival this weekend in Columbus.

The Arnold is one of the largest multi-sport events in the world, and we’re incredibly proud to have someone from our team stepping onto that stage. Her dedication to training, discipline, and constant improvement is something we see every day.
