Part-Time Direct Support Professional – Greenville, PA

Adult Compassionate Care Services is currently seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Greenville, PA area. This position averages approximately 25 hours per week and requires availability for late morning to afternoon shifts. Pay rate: $17 per hour.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing personalized support to individuals with intellectual disabilities while helping them build independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting individuals in working toward their personalized goals outlined in their Individual Support Plan (ISP)
• Providing support with daily living activities
• Promoting independence, confidence, and overall well-being
• Serving as a positive, dependable presence in the individuals’ lives

Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and vehicle registration (transportation may be required)
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate
• Experience preferred, but not required
