Some of my favorite things to do to feel better…💖
Whenever you’re feeling down or stressed, take your mind off of what you’re focusing on and do something to make yourself feel better such as, seeing a movie and getting popcorn, getting flowers, looking at a sunset, or getting a drink you enjoy. Take your mind off of what is stressing you and the solutions will come.💞
