Today is World Cancer Day 🎗️

Registered Dietitians play a vital role in supporting patients through cancer treatment—helping ease side effects, preserve strength, and support quality of life.

Oncology nutrition questions may assess your ability to thoughtfully prioritize:

- Unintentional weight loss
- Increased protein needs
- Indications for nutrition support
- Symptom management (nausea/vomiting, dysphagia)

Above all, this work is about compassion, presence, and showing up for people when they need it most.

Shout out to all the oncology RDs supporting patients through such a difficult time.
