Hotel workout 🏋️‍♀️

First weighted workout in two weeks — and wow, it felt so good to move again! One dumbbell, zero excuses.

I did 3 rounds, 20 minutes and some creative camera work 🙈 later — I’m back!

3–5 x 8 reps

✨ Squat curl
✨ Lateral lunge + row
✨ Pullover crunch
✨ Single-arm press in bridge
✨ Hollow hold with skullcrusher
✨ Single-leg tilt

A reminder that movement really does fix your mood. Travel can throw off your rhythm, but you can always carve out a little time to move.

Keep it simple, keep it real, keep it moving.

So for this Valentine’s Day put your ❤️first and keep it healthy!

Maintaining an active lifestyle is crucial for ❤️ health. Regular physical activity helps lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol levels, and reduce the risk of ❤️ disease.

A good guideline to aim for is at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week, or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise, along with muscle-strengthening activities on two or more days per week.
