Update on my boy 💙
Charlie has IVDD
English for those like me Intervertebral Disc Disease
Pic attached.
Charlie got up this morning unable to stand, front legs and neck to the ground. No strength in back legs.
After xrays we see thoracic vertebral degeneration and also he is missing a cervical vertebrae.
He only has 6 instead of 7.
Steroid shot, meds for inflammation, nerves and ect. 3 prescriptions later we are home resting.
No fight club with his sister. Harness no leash, no stairs or jumping.
Water and food to head level no stooping. Crate rest. All for at least the next 10 to 14 days.
Then recheck.
It won't improve but hopefully slow.

He won't stand up, won't move.
