Rushing back into the gym too soon can actually compromise your results. Those transferred fat cells need time to establish a proper blood supply—without that, they simply don’t survive.

So while the motivation is admirable, your body is not currently accepting applications for “immediate gym return.”

Easing back in gradually and following post-op guidelines are what protect your long-term outcome.
