Today was extra special as our wonderful friends from Carevana, Dino and Michael, came by to visit us. They brought a delicious lunch (which we truly appreciated!) but even more meaningful was the time we spent together — sharing ideas, strengthening our partnership, and talking about how we can better serve our clients and our community.

Last week we had the honor of visiting our amazing friends at Woodbine Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Alexandria, and as always, our hearts left full. 🤍

The team at Woodbine is truly something special — always supportive, always caring, and always going above and beyond for their residents and partners. Walking in and seeing their beautiful Black History Month backdrop so thoughtfully prepared reminded us how important it is to honor history, celebrate culture, and recognize the incredible contributions of so many who paved the way.

At Decena Home Care, we believe that caring for people means seeing them, valuing them, and uplifting them — every background, every story, every life. Last weekend, we had the honor of joining our dear friends at the Medical Mission of Mercy Gala – Enchanted Forest Night 🍃✨ A beautiful evening with an even more beautiful purpose.

The Medical Mission of Mercy provides free surgical, medical, dental, and vision care to underserved communities across the Philippines, Guatemala, and beyond. Since 2001, they have helped over 80,000 patients — from life-changing cleft lip and palate surgeries, to pediatric care, dental treatments, and sight-restoring eye exams. 👏💙

With almost 90% of proceeds going directly into mission programs, their work truly transforms lives — thanks to the passion and dedication of volunteers who give with their hearts.

At Decena Home Care, we stand proudly in support of causes that uplift others, because giving and serving others is the foundation of who we are. 🤝❤️
