Self-worth sharpens throughout life if you are willing to sacrifice in humble environments, preparing you for a life worthy of your value. Self-worth does not allow you to succumb to buckling on the road.

Keep it Moving:

The route of opportunity makes you stronger. When you take on
challenges beneath and above your reach, you will understand your
worth. Do not be afraid to struggle but remember that it is preparation for the journey of a more substantial actualized existence that will make you proud.

It is important to be mindful of the things that bring you balance and wellness. Make a list of those things and place the list in a visible place. Check in with yourself daily to assess if those things are in place.

Some things can be as follows:
Organization
Independence
Contact with family and friends
Exercise
Spirituality
No debt
Laughter
Music
Good health
Savings
Reading
Quite time

If your things of wellness are not in place try to include them in you daily plan.

Create your list today and move to greater wellness.
