As a Holistic Health Coach, she helps clients (individual and corporate) create effective nutrition plans and supports them toward meeting their wellness goals. As a Lifestyle Educator, she partners with medical practices, offering Nutritional Therapy to their patients. As a result, companies decrease their health care costs by improving both the physical and emotional health of their employees, while enhancing the success of their organization; and healthcare professionals empower their patients to take an active, educated role in their own health care. Jill is also available to deliver workshops to the general public through community centers, associations, your group of friends, etc. She is enthusiastic about motivating others to live healthier lives and passionate about helping people reach their wellness goals.
