✨ ElderTree's Women's History Month Spotlight: Callie, Associate Care Manager ✨

Callie is extraordinary: Entrepreneur. Public servant. Mother. Friend. Care Manager.

She built her own pet care business from the ground up because she loved something and she went all in. She served in the public sector because showing up for her community mattered. Every chapter of her life has been rooted in the same beautiful truth: caring deeply, genuinely, without reservation.

Upon joining our ElderTree family, Callie immediately made a huge positive impact. Callie dove right into the tough cases, advocating fiercely for our bilingual clients, and caring holistically for the whole family - including the pets! As one of our care managers, Callie brings everything she's ever been into the work she does every single day. She has the quiet, steady strength of someone who has already proven to herself what she's made of. Our clients and team feel it. It's our honor to work alongside, Callie because she's the kind of woman that has a vision, cares, and knows exactly where she wants to go. Meet one of our newest Care Managers, Danica Flowers, Doctor of Occupational Therapy and Certified Brain Injury Specialist. đź’™
Inspired by growing up alongside a brother on the autism spectrum, Danica’s passion for holistic, coordinated care started long before her formal training.

With a background in therapeutic recreation and experience ranging from public health during COVID to a senior therapist role at INOVA Health System, Danica brings deep insight into how health impacts quality of life—physically, emotionally, and socially. She’s supported clients from ages 18 to 105, helping them navigate chronic illness, recovery, and end-of-life care with empathy and practicality.

Danica’s approach is rooted in connection, adaptability, and seeing the whole person. In her time as a Care Manager she has loved finding purpose in being a compassionate shoulder to lean on for families during overwhelming seasons.
