So we went traditional Finnish sauna for that deep, classic heat…
and added a red light tower on a pulley system that disappears into the ceiling when not in use.

It was a privilege to design and build this traditional Finnish sauna for our clients home in Deer Valley. Every element was carefully considered, from the perfectly matched steam room hardware to the shared glass that creates a seamless flow between spaces. Crafted in clear cedar, this sauna was designed to integrate effortlessly with the home’s architecture, elevating both the experience and the aesthetic.

It was an absolute pleasure building this sauna for a Finnish customer. If anyone has sauna in their blood, it’s the Finns, and they take sauna seriously. We were honored to bring their dream sauna to life.

Beyond its striking appearance, every detail was thoughtfully executed: European wood, proper ventilation, and strict adherence to the law of löyly when it comes to bench height. Truly a masterful project and a genuine pleasure to build.

Most of our indoor saunas are permanent, built directly into the studs, but when a standalone unit is the better fit, we build those beautifully too. Just look at this clear cedar stunner.
