Hiiiii 👋 Allow me to re-introduce myself on this Small Business Saturday! My name is Lindsay, and I am the founder of wild & free power yoga of Elizabethtown & Hershey, PA- a piece of my heart in the form of a physical space.
I am Mama to 3 wild & feral little boys- Cooper(10) Ethan(9) and Lukas(7). They are the actual coolest dudes, but also the reason I need yoga.
My husband Kevin has supported every wild & heart-driven decision I have ever made without question and is the magic behind all the handcrafted touches you see in both studios.
When I am not in the studio, I am likely playing full-time taxi service for all things youth sports, running late on my way to a sideline, or drowning in a giant pile of laundry. I am wildly imperfect, getting it wrong more than I get it right, craving laughter & lessons & levity through the ride.
I am a 500 hour certified yoga teacher, guided and influenced by a collection of amazing teachers and mentors from all around the world. I am a forever student, wild & obsessed with this life-changing practice.
When I am not moving my body in a really hot space (which is all I ever really want to be doing), my hobbies include daydreaming of sand between my toes, hot tea, hot showers, blankets, reading, listening to Glennon’s podcast, overspending on concert tickets and thinking about all of the things I should be doing but instead falling asleep to Schitt’s Creek reruns.
I found a daily yoga practice when I was deep in the trenches of early motherhood, having 3 under 3. It became an escape from the noise and monotony that characterized most of the days and quickly became the purpose I was seeking. Yoga lit a spark within and led me back home to myself, and my dream is to create a space for others to find their way home (with a side of authentic connection & dance parties).
wild & free was created to offer anyone seeking space to breathe the opportunity to find a little peace. we have kick ass yoga but also cozy couches, hot tea, books, and a one of a kind community of perfectly imperfect humans. Our amazing team is passionate, raw & real with open hearts and minds.
