So my customer had his car painted a while back from some shop down the hill. Brings it to me to put it together and we are finding issues like this .He was unaware of the rust that the car had because it was just fiberglass and Bondo. Crazy, it should be right the first time. This is fixing things after the car is painted!!

This car was in a crazy accident 10 years ago trying to avoid from hitting a dog and he saved the dog and smash the car. Yes the driver was okay. Been sitting all these years. Brought the car to us to save it. Everything was smashed on the driver side including the beam. Surprisingly the floor was fine. Hood, apron quarter panel ,even buckled the tray under the dash on the passenger side. Even the back quarter panel was pulled out 1 in from the door being pushed into it. What a save this was. Owner will take over from here to put it back on the road.
