Since July 2017, I have done MINIMAL MINIMAL cardio and minimal minimal intentional “ab workouts “ ( crunches, bicycle crunches, leg raises, Russian twist, etc. etc. …. Because ….please trust me…  your core is getting jacked with proper breathing techniques with your squats and deadlifts ) 🏋️🏋️🏋️🏋️💪💪💪Pretty much 99.9% dumbbell workouts for me !! I will always always say …. The magic lies in the dumbbells !! 😆😆🏋️🏋️💪💪 Lift the dang weights ladies! Lift the dang weights! 💪💪💪 Pair lifting along with 80/20 rule with your nutrition and move, move, move, ( stop sitting down, so dang much during the day😩😩😩 … you’re already sleeping and resting and recovering at night in bed…hopefully 😆🙏)  and watch what happens! You’ll never have to “diet” again and still get to eat everything you want in moderation!! HAPPY HEALTHY STRONG!! 🤗❤️🏋️💪
