Literally seeing alot of jazzercise and “skinny” stuff “trending”….. not knocking down any of this at all! Any movement is great and if you wanna be skinny, that’s fine if that’s your goal that’s beautiful! ❤️❤️But ladies, please please please start lifting the dang weights so you can get out of bed , get off the toilet , pick up your grandkids , carry your groceries in , etc., etc. when you reach your 50s! Trust me, it would be horrible if you don’t take care of your body now because you will be forced to later! 😢So Mission critical to build lean muscle mass as we age! 💪💪It’s literally the tissue that creates strong bone density and keeps us moving and feeling alive and adds longevity! 💪💪💪 and please please please don’t do all these crazy weird ass exercises that I am seeing by all these fitness influencers! 😂😂😂Please stick to the GOATS OF ALL EXERCISES! it’s the boring s**t that’s gonna keep you strong and sexy! 😆🏋️💪 all variations of the squats all variations of the dead lifts push-ups pull-ups chest press, shoulder press , Lat pull downs and bent over rows!! 💪💪💪 oh and planks! Planks are bad ass! 😆🏋️💪this is what I do 90% of the time! Start light like I did with 5 pound weights back in 2017 ..and end up doing freaking pull-ups at the age of 50!  progressive overload, baby! Trust me, it’s scientifically proven that it works! Trusting the process is where it’s at my beautiful women and don’t give up! JUST. KEEP. GOING.💪💪💪 & watch the magic happen right before your eyes!
