Hope and Health Wellness I believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy. Teaming with clients to promote their health and educate them on the advantages of bodywork.

I graduated from Texas Center for Massage Therapy, where I was trained in a variety of techniques, including both Western and Eastern modalities. The training ranged from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral, Sports and Shiatsu.
