Founded in April 2015 by Melissa Gentile & Lara Kowalewski, Country Flow Yoga is a heart & soul yoga studio with a tranquil country vibe. Come as you are and be a part of our friendly, supportive and inspiring community!

Now offering Hatha Yoga, Hot Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Innovative Teacher Trainings, Private Yoga Sessions, Reiki and Energy Healings, Enlightening Workshops and MORE! Proudly serving the greater West Milford Community since 2015!
