Dr. Carreras is ready to start seeing you using our telemedicine app, Healow. Follow the 10 easy steps pictured in this tutorial & call us when you get to Step 6 to schedule your appointment!

1. Go to your App Store
2. Download the “Healow” App
3. Click on “Get Started” once you enter the Healow App
4. In the Find my Doctor screen select the Phone No. box
5. Enter 305-884-8891 & Click Log in
6. When you arrive at the log in page call us at 305-884-8891 for your temporary login.
7. Once logged in you can see your scheduled appointment in Red.
8. On the day & time of your scheduled appointment, click the Red appointment button & click on the Televisit camera icon 🎥
9. Then click the orange Start Televist button
10. Plug in as many vital signs as you are able to obtain at home & click Submit Vitals. After successful submit Click Start Televist & wait for the doctor to join!
