Where is health coming from?
Your Health can only coming from you!
Your Health comes from you and not to you!
But what about exercising,
eating healthy food, drinking pure water, taking vitamins, and positive thinking?
They are all choices and factors that a healthy YOU will benefit from.
Your Health is that “something “ that allows every cell of your body to function properly in state of harmony. It is a centrifugal force coming from the inside out, from brain to spinal cord, nerves and to tissue cells.
It is this “Life Force” that deals with your Life happenings and life stressors.
When stress is stronger than your life flow there will be tension.
This tension can produce subluxations.
These subluxations are dangerous because it diminishes your life forces just like a kink in your garden hose inhibits the flow of water.
Your body maintains and controls it’s internal environment despite of disturbances from external conditions.
Science calls this homeostasis.
It is a normal state of your being that can have negative effects if you are Subluxated or are out of alignment. It will affect your Life potential.
Chiropractic focuses on your potential and specifically adjusts your subluxations so you can be clear and connected.
Get the big idea and all else will follow.

Dear friends
As 2019 is coming in a few hours; I feel to write you and to declare a few principles of truth to keep us focused and to make us our best in this new year in every way of our lives.
“It is what comes out of a person what defiles them”Mark 7:15
Health,Happiness,success, love, Blessings,Light, comes from us and out to the world.
Rivers empty their water into the oceans and not the other way around. Observe there is DIRECTION.
What comes from us is Life, it flows from the inside and out. Observe DIRECTION.
Life comes from us through a network of conducts or nerves.
Life is Wisdom, Creativity, Intelligence, Grow, Multiplication.
Life must come from ABOVE DOWN INSIDE and OUT. Observe DIRECTION.
Life is Hope
Faith is believing in what you haven’t seen
You have them inside.
SUBLUXATION in your spine interferes with your Life flow like a burnt fuse can interfere with electricity.
SUBLUXATION reduces your Life Expression like a dimmer in your wall can diminish the light in your room.
Health, success, Happiness, is your expression of Life.
Pay attention to your DIRECTION and FOCUS of Life from your inside.
Live your Life Day by Day working with this Life that is inside of you.
Feel your Life and recharge it with your emotions.
“Act as if” don’t wait for things to be perfect, the truth is it can only be “near perfect”
Know that you are giving all out, your Life expression and watch with patience the results.
Be abundant, give abundantly Love abundantly.
Day by day adjust your thoughts and your Life direction .
