Seeking a team member to join the staff of:

Dr. Jason Ledford DMD, PC.

We have an immediate opening for a front desk receptionist for our practice. If you have a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and outgoing personality, you should apply for this opportunity to be a part of our awesome team!

Some duties include:

* Collect and enter insurance forms, data, and signatures from patients
* Enter insurance
* Enter new patient information into Dentrix promptly and accurately
* Scheduling of appointments, etc.
* Interact with patients and team members cheerfully and with a positive attitude
* Communicate each patient's arrival promptly
* Answer the telephone in a warm, friendly voice
* Ability to work with interruptions and manage multiple tasks
* Complete tasks within given time frames
* Collect all co-payments and fees the day of service
* Running errands for the office , post office , bank etc.

Hours are Monday- Wednesday
Average of 24 hours per week!

Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience level.
