Closing - Sabetha office only

After much consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our Sabetha office, at least temporarily. We’re deeply proud of what this location has meant to Nemaha County clients and our ability to serve community members locally.

Our commitment to serving remains as strong as ever, and we’ll continue offering care and connection in-person in Hiawatha and Concordia and online.
