Service Update – Cybersecurity Event Impacting Phone & Hosted PBX Services
Rainbow Communications is responding to a cybersecurity event that has caused service interruptions for some of our Hosted PBX and home phone customers. Our teams have been working 24/7 with assistance from external cybersecurity experts to investigate the incident and restore services as quickly and safely as possible. At this time, we anticipate restoration of Hosted PBX and phone services by Thursday morning.
Our investigation into this matter is ongoing, and we will continue to share relevant updates as they become available.
