Kind Mind provides long & short-term integrative trauma-informed mental health therapy addresses mind-body-spirit healing for individuals, families, teens, and children - ages 7 and up, in the treatment of trauma, behavior patterns, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, crisis counseling, major life changes, trauma, spiritual crisis, and chronic pain/health conditions. Our clinicians nurture personal responsibility, and self-empowerment, through an integrative approach to the life journey: using evidence-based practices of traditional mental health therapy, along with: mindfulness meditation, nutrition, yoga, energy body work, to support your own healing ability, and empowerment for you to take charge of your own Mind-Body-Spiritual well-being.
