Since becoming a registered nurse in 2008, I have been fortunate to explore a variety of roles throughout my career.

We offer a variety of services, including neurotoxins treatments such as Botox, Dysport, facial fillers, vitamin injections, IV hydration, anti-aging, grace-filled life coaching. For many years, I specialized in OB/GYN, a field that held a special place in my heart. However, in 2022, I felt a deep calling to transition into health and wellness. This journey began gradually, as I expanded my expertise to offer services such as Botox/Dysport, facial fillers, vitamin injections, IV hydration, lab draws, and men’s health therapies, including testosterone optimization—all thoughtfully integrated with spiritual encouragement to support holistic well-being. In April 2024, I made the bold decision to fully embrace this path, resigning from my hospital position to dedicate myself entirely to the wellness center. By September 2024, I was honored to open the doors to my own facility, joining forces with a trusted business colleague to bring our shared vision to life. As we move forward, I am thrilled to partner with our medical director to provide luxury wellness services to the Iron Range, blending innovation, personalized care, and a touch of sophistication. Additionally, I am on track to graduate with my Family Nurse Practitioner license from Walden University in August 2026, equipping me to elevate the level of care and support I can offer to our community.

What a wondeful week of offering Upper Room chair massage. We welcomed so many returning clients and were excited to meet several new ones. Building a genuine friendship with Liane during this journey has been such a blessing.

Next week, we’re hosting a princess tea party for our repeat client’s daughter. I will be gallevanting on the East Coast-but I’m looking foward to hearing all about it and seeing pictures! Kairos continues to evolve into so much greater. This isn’t just a business-it’s a mission.

The momentum keeps growing! In just a few short weeks we’ve added an oil creator (Outpouring Oils LLC), chair massage, a clothing line, and even announced our upcoming signature Kairos scent.

Enjoyed another beautiful day with Upper Room chair massage!

So many shared, “I don’t have time for a 1 hour massage, but I will take the time for a 15 min one”. What a wonderful reminder that even a few minutes of self care can make such a meaningful difference.

Next week’s time slots are filling up quickly! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took a moment to honor themselves today-you are truly worth it.

The Upper Room also brought in the sweetest dresses for our tea parties, creating magical moments for littles while parents take time to restore & recharge. Kairos continues to be child friendly where love, laughter, & self care come together.

I’m also gathering quiet activities for our young gentlemen-something calming, creative, & nurturing they can enjoy while parents receive while their parents receive their chair massages. I would love to hear your suggestions below!

What a blessed day!! Only two days into offering Upper Room chair massage, and everything is flowing beautifully. Today we welcomed a lovely mother and daughter. The mother honored herself with two rejuventing 15 min sessions, while her sweet daughter delighted in feeling like a princess-savoring whipped cream in a silver bowl. True royalty!

What a beautiful sight for the daughter to witness her mother taking time to honor herself. That indeed, is the greatest gift of all! This lovely pair will be returning next week, when we bring it to the next level by hosting a special tea party for our little princess, complete with a beautiful dress and crown.
