We’re thrilled to introduce ISAIAH T as one of Heartland CHC's VA Service Representatives!

Isaiah grew up in rural Wisconsin surrounded by strong examples of service: his grandfather served in WWII, and his father and uncles served during Vietnam. That history shaped him early and sparked a lifelong commitment to supporting vets.

Isaiah carried that passion into his own service. In '16, he joined the Army in an airborne unit that prepared other units for deployments. He then continued his dedication through the National Guard, serving as an electrician. Since transitioning to civilian life and starting a family, his desire to make a difference with veterans has only strengthened.

As a VA Service Representative, Isaiah is excited to build relationships, advocate for veterans, and help ensure they receive the support they deserve. 🤝🇺🇸

When he’s not serving in our MN communities, you can find him with his family or out hunting & fishing.

Governor Walz recently announced a statewide investigation into possible fraud involving 14 high-risk services.

This review affects all providers in our state. We want our clients and staff to know we are taking steps to minimize the disruption of our services. We are continuing operations as normal.
