Your support keeps advanced, compassionate care right where it belongs—on the Iron Range.
Up north, we understand what it means to look out for one another. It’s part of who we are — and it’s why having care close to home matters so deeply.
If you believe in this too, we’d love for you to follow the Foundation, share their message, and help protect care for life in communities like ours.
Together, we can protect the promise of care in Minnesota and on the Iron Range. ❤️
In towns all across Minnesota, one thing has always mattered most: taking care of our own.
For more than 60 years, our nonprofit care communities have been places where people find safety, joy, dignity, and connection — close to home and close to the people they love.
But here’s the reality we’re facing:
👉 Rural care is disappearing.
👉 Families are losing the option to keep parents, grandparents, neighbors, and friends close.
👉 Many don’t realize how many small-town care centers have closed in the last few years.
A few weeks ago, we introduced our new foundation — built on the 60-year legacy of nonprofit, faith-based, compassionate care St. Francis Health Services has provided since 1963.
Our mission is simple:
💛 Protect care close to home
💛 Bring daily joy to seniors and adults with disabilities
💛 Ensure every Minnesota community has care for life
This work matters. And it only happens because of people like you — people who care deeply about their hometowns, their neighbors, and the generations who built our communities.
If you believe Minnesota is stronger when we look out for each other, we’d love for you to follow along, share this post, and be part of this growing movement.
💛 Together, we can protect the promise of care in Minnesota.
