We love these kind of days at OsteoStrong! Carolyn has reversed her osteoporosis in her spine with an 8 percent improvement and improved her femoral neck by almost 3 percent. This is her second dxa showing improvement since starting OsteoStrong Hickory. It can be done. We have the proof!

I was just speaking to a potential client about this today. I know I have shared this before, but protein is essential to build bone. It is the building block and needed for your whole body. Most women I know are not getting near enough protein.

Everyone thinks of calcium when it comes to strong bones — but calcium is just the mineral. Protein is the framework that holds it all together.

Without enough protein, your body can’t build or maintain the collagen structure that gives bones their strength and flexibility. In fact, it’s impossible to build truly strong bones without it.
