I’ve never done an MLD special before but so many have asked about and been curious about Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Keep in mind this is NOT a regular massage! We are not targeting the muscular system. It is very specific, light, rhythmic movements that encourage the lymphatic system to remove waste, reduce inflammation and swelling, and support immune function. Still interested?
