We went to a Ben Rector concert this week, and it reminded me just how much can change in a few years.

The last time I saw him live was 2 days before my nervous breakdown in 2022 that led to my OCD diagnosis and a whole new chapter of healing.

During a special song to me, I cried happy tears. I felt proud of myself for pursuing healing and grateful that I get to help others on their journeys too. I love a full circle moment. 🧡
