We are honored and excited to collaborate with Wylene Wilson and the Connected Cowgirls as we host a special Grief Circle at the Mustang Arena.

Please join us for an evening of horses and healing with women — a space intentionally created for reflection, connection, and support.

Grief comes in many forms and often reaches far beyond the death of a loved one. It can live in life transitions, business or financial losses, relationship changes, infertility journeys, health diagnoses, unmet expectations, or the quiet weight of change and uncertainty. Whatever form your grief may take, you are welcome here.

Through the grounding presence of horses and the strength of community, we hope to offer a space where stories can be shared, burdens can feel lighter, and healing can begin.

We would be honored to sit alongside you.

We’ve been a little quiet on social media and we want to be transparent about why.

As many of you know, launching a nonprofit startup takes time, energy, and resources. Equine Paradigm was built on a shared vision among family and friends who saw a need for accessible mental health care in western, rural, and agricultural communities. But lately, our own families have needed us. We’ve had to slow down and shift our focus where it has mattered most. We recognized that we needed to practice what we encourage so many to do.. “Slow down. Be present.”

We also realize we were moving faster than our foundation could support. The recent startup grant from Boss Mares Inc. couldn’t have come at a better time—it gives us the chance to breathe, regroup, and keep building with intention. It gives us the chance to strengthen our foundation to properly support the community.

We’re still here. Still growing. And so grateful to everyone who continues to believe in our mission.

We’re thrilled to share that Equine Paradigm has been awarded a startup grant from Boss Mares Inc. ❤️

This generous support will help us lay the groundwork for our nonprofit to provide a variety of mental health and resilience building services in rural communities—rooted in equine-assisted and nature-based care. We’re honored to be part of a circle that champions bold visions and backs the dreams of women entrepreneurs.

Yesterday was another fantastic Wellness Wednesday with Greenhouse Nature School! We had a blast learning about equine care and the importance of self-care—because taking care of ourselves is just as important as taking care of our four-legged friends! 🧘‍♀️💙

The kids also got moving with some high-energy fun, pretending to be cutting horses—and let’s just say, they gave those imaginary cows a run for their money! 🏇💨

We can’t wait to welcome them back next month for more learning, laughter, and wellness! 🌿🐎
