Crystal Smith, LCMHC is now offering EMDR to clients. Many used to utilize EMDR for trauma only, however, it can now be utilized to address other issues. Please keep in mind, EMDR is not a one session solution, it takes multiple sessions to address your first issue.

Here is it everyone, the Coming Out: Late in Life Le***an Support Group. Please join us. This group will address women coming out later in life and finally realizing that they need to live their truth. We will address different topics each month including, marriage, divorce, children, dating a woman, resentment, how do I tell my family, etc. We will discuss any topic relevant to this topic and hopefully help women navigate this new life. The first meeting will take place May 12, 2021 at 6:00pm, virtually.

COMING OUT--Late in Life Le****ns. We will be holding a support group for women who want to begin living their truth. This group will be a virtual group focusing on tough conversations with family, spouses, etc. Discussions about feelings and how to deal with the new you. How out can you be or want to be? Hopefully, we can build a support network of women who are navigating this path but who are at different places in their journey. We will approach and discuss different topics during each group.
