Join Morgan & Holly for a fun afternoon of Mobility followed by a cutie mimosa bar to sip and socialize after class🥂 (non-boozy options available of course!)
During the mobility portion of class, Holly from .physical.therapy will guide you through a series of fluid PT exercises to increase mobility, focusing specifically on the hip region and upper/mid-back area 🪄
Following this, Morgan will guide you through a series of self-myofascial release techniques using RAD balls and other MFR tools to bring additional awareness and mobility to these target areas🤤
We hope to leave you feeling more in tune with your body, more fluid and easeful in the hips & upper/mid-back region, and overall excited to continue this work toward a more sustainable feel-good lifestyle!
The movement portion of this offering is 60 minutes followed by 30 minutes to sip & socialize! Come ready for both😉🫶
