This little thrift box raised $250 for St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare and it’s only been up since Mid-October…how incredible is that?!🥲🤍

Plus it’s the season of giving for St. Hubert’s (until 12/31) so all of the donations were matched, creating a grand total of $500 that supports lifesaving WayStation rescues, free pet food and affordable veterinary care, adoption services, and more for vulnerable animals in our community🙏

Such an easy way of giving back & also getting something cutsie for yourself in return🥰

Thanks for making our thrift corner so fun & filling it with the best quality clothes, shoes & accessories!😘🤙

A sweet update on our Little Seedlings Scholarship 〰️inspired by Nancy & our Mama’s Circle Group, made possible through the non-profit organization, Cradle of Hope 🌱

This past year, your Community Class Donations helped Eve, our Scholarship Recipient, graduate school with a degree in business administration which she is so proud of! She’s currently looking for a job with benefits using her degree so that she can support her and her son Noah. She still has a dream of sharing her Haitian food and continues to cook and share her meals with the Cradle family. We’ll continue to support Eve on her journey into 2026 as well as other moms living at Cradle who are seeking education to support their future as well!

This year you raised $2k🙌 Half of the amount went to our girl Eve and half went to Cradle of Hope’s Pregnancy Center, where our sweet teacher offers childbirth education and support🤍

Your donations mean more than you know, so thank you endlessly for showing up to our weekly community classes, giving what you can (including kind words!) and allowing us to make this support possible💗

One of our future goals is to blossom a trauma informed yoga program as an offering to support the moms at - an incredibly special and heartfelt space where they can seek support when they need it the most✨

Flow Stronger with & is back THIS Saturday, December 20th at 2pm❤️‍🔥

Meet us on your mat for a perfect blend of movement + strength building✨

In this class we’ll be focusing on building muscle to help to strengthen your yoga practice and feel stronger in challenging poses. We’ll be warming up and cooling down with some simple yoga flows led by Charley, and sandwhiched in the middle Diane will be leading you through a series of body weight (and prop use) strength building exercises🙌

Join us for fun movements, music, and feeling stronger inside and out🫶

You can come with the intention of working with each other, working only on yourself, or working with objects such as plants and crystals..or all of the above🙌
