Located in High Point, NC, our brand new facility is just minutes away from Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Lexington, and Asheboro. Horizon Med-Spa specializes in cosmetic injectables including Botox, Juvederm, and Kybella, non-invasive body contouring, minimally-invasive SmartLipo, laser hair removal, and 360 laser skin resurfacing. Our vein center offers minimally-invasive endovenous laser ablation of varicose veins as well as sclerotherapy for cosmetic correction of smaller veins. Our staff includes our board-certified medical doctor, board-certified general surgeon, board-certified nurse practitioners, and highly-qualified ultrasound technician and laser technician.
