Horizon Med-Spa and Vein Center serves residents in and around the Piedmont Triad region of the state. Located in High Point, NC, our brand new facility is just minutes away from Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Lexington, and Asheboro. Horizon Med-Spa specializes in cosmetic injectables including Botox, Juvederm, and Kybella, non-invasive body contouring, minimally-invasive SmartLipo, laser hair removal, and 360 laser skin resurfacing. Our vein center offers minimally-invasive endovenous laser ablation of varicose veins as well as sclerotherapy for cosmetic correction of smaller veins. Our staff includes our board-certified medical doctor, board-certified general surgeon, board-certified nurse practitioners, and highly-qualified ultrasound technician and laser technician.
