We invite people to come exactly as they are – broken, whole, messy, confident, unsure, dressed head-to-toe in Lululemon or in thrift store treasures. None of that matters. We don’t see labels, we see people. We see humans fighting their own battles, sometimes quietly, sometimes loudly, just like we are."

A lot of yoga studios are selling "empowerment".

We're not all selling the same kind of empowerment.

Some are selling you a grueling workout routine that feels anything but powerful. We aren't that place.

We provide a space for you to move in a way that feels powerful to you...not what feels powerful to the teacher. We give you space to fight your battle, in anyway you see fit, and we're gonna love the s**t out of you about it.
