Turkey bones can splinter and cause serious injuries. Rich, fatty foods may trigger pancreatitis. Onions, garlic, grapes, and chocolate are toxic.

Create a pet-safe celebration by setting aside plain, cooked turkey (no skin!) as a special treat.

Blood work can uncover things we can't see from the outside! It provides comprehensive insights into overall internal organ health and helps detect early onset of disease before pets show symptoms. For senior pets and those struggling with chronic conditions or that are managed on chronic medications, we recommend blood work every 6 months to catch changes early. Think of it as preventative maintenance for your pet's health engine. When was your pet's last blood panel?

Based on your pet’s unique immune system, fall can bring similar challenges that we see with summer allergies!

While outdoor allergens persist, indoor allergens like dust mites and mold can increase with closed windows and heating systems.

Watch for persistent sneezing, watery eyes, or skin irritation that doesn't improve. Unlike colds, allergies don't cause fever and symptoms tend to be consistent rather than progressively worse.
